Returns Policy

Midnight Vamp accepts returns within 7 days of your order being delivered to you.

  • We will need your name, tracking # & item name to look up your return
  • If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can't accept your return
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not liable for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
  • We are not liable for undeliverable returned package shipping cost in the event customer provides wrong or incomplete address. 

Any items returned that fall outside of our policy will be discarded and the refund amount adjusted accordingly. If your account is flagged for returns policy violations, Midnight Vamp will no longer be able to accept your returns.
